How Vertex Began
Vertex was built by two people who came at the same problem from opposite directions.
Dino has spent his career inside professional combat sports, where the physical demands on the human body are unlike almost any other discipline. Watching athletes push their limits and struggle with the long road back from injury, Dino became fascinated by the emerging body of preclinical research on peptide compounds and their role in tissue signaling and recovery pathways. The published animal studies were compelling. The science deserved more attention. That belief became the foundation for everything we are building here.
Seth grew up in a household where health was studied, not assumed. His father practiced chiropractic medicine and acupuncture for decades, and Seth was raised around a deep respect for the body's systems and the science that seeks to understand them. That upbringing led him toward longevity research and an ongoing interest in the compounds science is exploring in that space.
Two Founders, One Standard
When Seth and Dino connected, the overlap was immediate. Two different paths, the same conviction: peptide research is at an inflection point, and the scientists, researchers, and biohackers doing serious work deserve a supplier they can trust.
